Fifth Avenue Chapel is led by a team of pastor / elders who take responsibility for pastoral care and much of the teaching ministry.
Elders

Craig Fritchey
Craig was born and raised in Pembroke Pines, Florida, where his family was deeply involved in their local church ministry. As a young child, Craig trusted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and has been involved in a number of Christian initiatives, including Anthem Songs, a music platform for churches. Craig received his Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing from Florida International University and, in 2013, moved to New Jersey to serve with Christian Missions in Many Lands, a missionary service organization in Wall Township, NJ. He and his wife, Daniela, have three children.

Jim Cagliostro
Jim was born and raised in a loving Christian home in Monmouth County, accepting Christ as his Savior at a young age. He and his wife, Lisa, graduated from Messiah College with Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing, after which Jim received his Master of Education in Health Education from Penn State University. They lived in Pennsylvania and California, growing and serving in their local churches, before returning to Fifth Avenue Chapel in 2013. They have five daughters.

Joe Cagliostro
Joe grew up attending Fifth Avenue Chapel with his family. He trusted in the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior while attending a family conference at Greenwood Hills Bible Camp in Fayetteville, PA. He graduated from Messiah College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and from Liberty University with a Master of Science in Nursing. He currently works as a nurse educator for RWJBarnabas Health in Oceanport, NJ. He resides in West Long Branch with his wife, Juli, and five children.

Peter Bartlett
Peter was born and raised in New Jersey. It was while attending the Terrill Road Bible Chapel in
Fanwood that he was taught and mentored by godly men and women, trusted Christ as Savior, and
committed his life to the Lord’s service. After a year of missionary service he received formal
education at both Emmaus Bible School and Monmouth College. This was followed by a career in
Christian publishing and in the business office at the Neptune Township School District. He and his
wife, Judy, settled at the shore in 1976 and have been in fellowship at Fifth Avenue Chapel ever since.
They have three married adult children and four grandchildren.

Phil Parsons
Phil comes from Buffalo, New York. Church involvement and strong family values formed a spiritual foundation and Phil trusted the Lord as his personal Savior at an early age. A teacher by training, Phil and his family left secular employment for missionary service in the Philippines. After 20 years at a school for the children of missionaries, he and his wife Mary returned to the US in 2006 and are currently serving the Lord as the missionary care representatives at Christian Missions in Many Lands, a missionary service organization in nearby Wall Township, NJ. Phil and Mary have three married adult children and 12 grandchildren.
